Each week, there is a live weekly call lasting for 60 minutes. These take place on Thursdays between 12-1pm. In the days leading up to this, there will be a weekly workbook for you to complete ahead of the call. We would recommend putting aside 30 minutes for this. The course runs for 10 weeks.
All the weekly calls will be recorded so you can access these at any time to catch up.
The course covers lots of information about HRT but we are unable to offer personalised medical advice. We recommend seeing your own doctor to discuss prescribing HRT as only they will have access to your full medical record and will be able to safely advise.
Absolutely! Whilst HRT can make a big difference to many symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, it isn't the only answer. Addressing nutrition, sleep, movement and mindset are the foundations of this course and of huge additional benefit to women already on HRT.
It is important to say that HRT isn't appropriate for everyone so this programme is perfect for you if that is the case. You will learn how to take control of your symptoms and also equip your body to be the healthiest you can to prevent illness in the future.
